Sabalo is a nice, mid to upper class neighborhood comprising of single family homes, condos, tiendas, restaurants, bars, hotels and other businesses. There are schools, parks and soccer fields. Sabalo boasts a long interrupted beach from Marina El Cid to Hotel El Cid and has some great breaks. It is a great area to live, tranquil, yet close to the Zona Dorado, Marina, Cerritos, the Convention Center and the new shopping mall.
